Travis Kelce Allegedly Spent More Than Half of His Yearly Salary on Wooing Taylor Swift
Remember when reports came out that Taylor Swift was spending quite a bit of money to upgrade Travis Kelce’s wardrobe? Well, now, sources claim that Kelce has also spent a lot of money on this romance, specifically around $8 million.
Life and Style Mag claimed that he has spent more than half his $14 million salary on this romance, with the gifts and traveling expenses alone. Per CelebrityNetWorth, Kelce has a net worth of $50 million, but a yearly salary of around $14 million (it’s unclear if that has gone up in the past year). So, what was the alleged $8 million for in his and Swift’s romance?!
Kelce has had to make quite a few worldwide trips to see his girlfriend, which experts believe could be at least $300,000, and the gifts? Also have been a huge chunk of money.
While it’s unclear what he got her for her birthday, many believe he snagged her a custom-made opal ring, which definitely couldn’t have been cheap. But for Valentine’s Day, he allegedly spent thousands on an “Hermès scarf, custom gold matching “TNT” bracelets, a Bottega Veneta bag, a 24-karat gold rose sculpture and more,” per Life and Style Mag. Along with that, he’s allegedly spent even more on gifts for Swift.
So it seems they’re both sparing no expense when it comes to their love story.

For those who don’t know, Kelce and Swift made their relationship public in Sept 2023, but she told fans during her Person of the Year interview that they actually got together soon after his podcast episode in July 2023.
Since then, they’ve been inseparable, going to football games together and Kelce making cross-country trips to see Swift’s tour.

Travis Kelce is spreading joy to young Swifties in his home state!
A proud grandmother posted a picture on X (formerly Twitter) of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, posing with her two granddaughters in a Cleveland-area restaurant in Ohio on Saturday.
“My two older grandgirls, who happen to be Swifties…got to meet this guy today when he randomly walked into the Valley View Yours Truly for lunch!” the woman wrote in her tweet. “They were thrilled! Said you couldn’t be nicer @tkelce — welcome back to CLE!”
Kelce wore all black as he posed behind the two young girls, smiling widely and wearing a baseball cap on his head. The athlete is a native of Cleveland Heights, a suburb of Cleveland.
He and his girlfriend Taylor Swift have been hanging out together in Los Angeles while the “Paper Rings” singer is on a break from her wildly successful Eras Tour. Before the tour pause, Kelce traveled to see Swift perform shows in Australia and Singapore.
A source recently told PEOPLE the pair’s relationship is still going strong amid Swift’s break.
“They are spending time in Los Angeles together,” the insider said. “They’re still very happy.”

The source also said that Kelce and Swift are “so cute together.” The couple recently enjoyed a date night at the members-only West Hollywood hotspot the Bird Streets Club.
Kelce’s return to Ohio comes after he had fun celebrating the Chiefs’ Feb. 11 Super Bowl 2024 win.
“Travis has been hanging out with friends and is having a good time just relaxing in L.A.,” the source told PEOPLE of the athlete’s post-season.
After the Oscars on March 10, Kelce and the “Love Story” singer attended Gucci’s annual event known as “The Party,” held at talent manager Guy Oseary’s home.
